Mr. Nishiyama Kazuo

Head Chef Nishimaya Kazuo, with more than 45 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and more than 15 years living and working in Vietnam, he is considered as one of the pioneering chefs who has brought Japanese cuisine to come closer to Vietnamese gastronome. The fortes of Nishiyama are traditional Japanese dishes which are prepared and cooked precisely from fresh and selective imported ingredients.
